James G. Lingle
Jim has practiced law in northwest Arkansas
since 1976, and has handled cases in Arkansas, California,
Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and
South Carolina. He graduated from the University of Arkansas
School of Law where he was Associate Editor, Arkansas Law
Review. In more than thirty years of practice, his strong
advocacy on behalf of clients has been recognized on many
occasions including being selected as one of the Best Lawyers in
America and as one of the Mid-South Super Lawyers by Super
Lawyers magazine.. He has been selected as one of best lawyers
in Arkansas by the Arkansas Times and as the Outstanding Trial
Lawyer of The Year by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in
1996. Jim is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy,
is a member of the American Association for Justice, He has
argued numerous appeals before the Eighth Circuit Court of
Appeals and the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. He
handles criminal and civil litigation including commercial,
malpractice, and injury cases.
H. Clay Fulcher
Clay has over 20 years of experience in agricultural law working
to protect the rights of farmers and ranchers. He is admitted to
practice in Wyoming and Arkansas. He graduated from the
University of Arkansas in 1976 with a degree in agriculture.
After operating a dairy for nine years, he enrolled in the
University of Arkansas School of Law, receiving a J.D. in 1988
and a Master of Laws degree in 1991. He is a member of the
Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
Clay began the practice of law in Fayetteville, Arkansas in
1988. During 20 years of practice, he has always concentrated in
the representation of farmers and ranchers throughout the United
States, including those involved in dairy, swine, poultry, and
grain production. During the 1980s, Clay represented numerous
farmers in administrative appeals before the Farmer's Home
Administration (now FSA). During the early 1990s, Clay was
responsible for establishing a national cooperative association
and numerous state cooperative associations for various poultry
grower groups.
Barbara E. Lingle
Barbara started her law practice in 1991, focusing primarily
on employment law. She graduated from the University of Arkansas
School of Law where she was Associate Editor, Arkansas Law
Review. She is admitted to practice in the Arkansas Supreme
Court, U. S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of
Arkansas and the United States Circuit Court of Appeal, Eighth
Circuit, 1993. She has been selected as one of Best Lawyers in
Arkansas by the Arkansas Times. She is the author of
Allowing Fetal Wrongful Death Actions in Arkansas: A Death Whose
Time Has Come?, Arkansas Law Review, 1991; Noted in
National Law Journal as “worth reading,” December 1991.
Barbara also holds a master’s degree in Communication and has
served as an adjunct professor of law and communication at NWACC
Her practice is now limited to mediation.
Richard
Hebar
Richard Hebar is a
graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. He
established and maintained an active dental practice in northern
Wisconsin for 23 years. As a practicing dentist, he was
recognized for his proficiency in clinical dentistry.
Richard graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas
School of Law. He received the Joe C. Barrett Award for
outstanding student in Commercial Transaction law and was a
member of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity. Richard worked
with Legal Aid of Arkansas throughout his law school career and
continues to perform pro bono legal services for needy Arkansas
citizens. His primary practice areas are bankruptcy and
commercial litigation.
Julia Crenshaw
Julia A. Crenshaw graduated from the University of Central
Arkansas in 2001 earning an Associate of Arts in General
Studies. She graduated from Kaplan University in 2005 with a
Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies. She received her
paralegal certification from the National Association of Legal
Assistants in 2006. She has worked as a paralegal since 2002 in
the State of Texas and the State of Arkansas and has experience
in complex litigation, family law, criminal law, personal
injury, medical malpractice litigation and general civil
litigation. She joined Lingle Law Firm in May of 2007.
